Give:
Anyone interested in donating to one of the following three areas may do so through our website, HERE. Under 'Give to', please select Ministry - Directed, and Day Camp donations respectively under the drop down menus. To specify how you would like your Day Camp donation to be used, please send an email to give@rexdalealliance.ca and we will ensure your donation is used accordingly to your preference!

(You may also designate the donation on your offering envelope if giving in person.)

Sponsor a child to go to summer camp: Although the cost of our  camp might be low compared to other camps, this cost can still be a barrier for some families. We don’t want our kids to have to worry about the cost. Would you consider financially supporting a child for summer camp? If we have 10 people giving $100 that would mean 10 kids get to come to camp for free or 20 kids get to go at a subsidized rate.

Pay for a weekly trip: Weekly trips cost approximately $2,300 for campers and leaders. Or, you could sponsor a trip for a child for $25.

Sponsor a leader honorarium: When young leaders are volunteering their time we like to bless and encourage them in many ways including giving an honorarium. $100, $50, etc. (really any amount is appreciated😊)

Did You Know?

Did you know?…From the Renegotiating Faith Report
Youth groups and Christian camps help young adults in maturation by encouraging them to negotiate new roles by which they differentiate themselves from their family of origin while still remaining within Christian community. These alongside-but-within-the-church communities also provide opportunities for faith-reinforcing friendships to form, friendships that are vital for faith persistence. Young adults who had been involved with Christian camps either as teen campers or camp staff were roughly three times as likely to connect with a Christian campus group and at least twice as likely to connect with a new church or parish after having moved out.
